Itinerary

Day 1 (Sat Sep 15) – Arrival in Cusco

Arrive in Cusco, meet the rest of the small group, and adjust to the high altitude.

Day 2 (Sun Sep 16) – Cusco cooking class/ shamans cleansing

Wander around the Andean city of Cusco. Take a Peruvian cooking class, and shop for fresh ingredients at the local market. Finish the class off with a Pisco sour and of course, an incredible meal.

Have a magical cleansing experience with a local Peruvian Shaman. This will be an experience you will never forget!

Day 3 (Mon Sep 17) –  Rainbow Mountain

Do a day trip to hike the colourfully lined landscapes of Rainbow Mountain.

Day 4 (Tue Sep 18) – Sacred Valley

Visit the Maras salt mines and the Moray agricultural terraces on the road to Ollantaytambo and the Pinkuylluna mountain-side granaries. Take the Peru Rail Vistadome train with panoramic windows to enjoy the scenery along the way to The Lost City of the Incas.


Day 5 (Wed Sep 19) – Machu Picchu

See the sun rise over Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Get a guided tour of the ruins. Hike to the Sun Gate and Inca Bridge. Relax in the mineral thermal springs in Aguas Calientes.


Day 6 (Thu Sep 20) – Huayna Picchu

Climb up steep stone steps to the top of Huayna Picchu, for breathtaking views overlooking Machu Picchu below. Explore the rest of the ruins at your leisure. Take the scenic train back to Cusco. 


Day 7 (Fri Sep 21) – Explore and Relax

Explore the Beautiful architecture of Cusco. Get a well deserved massage and eat more delicious local Peruvian food. Explore the markets and get souvenirs before a final goodbye dinner.

Day 8 (Sat Sep 22) – Departure from Cusco

Depart from Cusco, or continue to explore Peru, after saying goodbye to your newfound friends!

Explore Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World

You will wander around the Andean city of Cusco, in the mountains. Visit the salt mines and agricultural terraces of the Sacred Valley. Take a panoramic train to Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will receive a ceremonial Aura Cleansing by a Peruvian Shaman and flow bath. Climb atop Huayna Picchu for breathtaking views overlooking Machu Picchu. And finally, to cap off your week-long adventure of a lifetime; hiking the colorful landscapes of Rainbow Mountain.
